Former Global Co-Chief Investment Officer at BlackRock and Global CIO for Fixed Income at Barclays Global Investors, where he helped grow fixed-income assets from $5B to $80B globally. Peter holds a PhD from Wharton and brings deep expertise in capital markets, risk, investment, and natural assets to TEAL.

Technologist and researcher specializing in environmental sensing, distributed systems, and machine intelligence. At the MIT Media Lab, his work has spanned sensing hardware, data infrastructure, and AI systems for complex physical and environmental systems, including water, oceans, cities, and forests. He holds a PhD and MSc from MIT and a degree in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
